Do you sell to individuals?
Our pricing and terms are built for businesses. Individuals can request a quote for larger purchases, but wholesale accounts require a registered business.
Are you an authorized reseller?
Yes. We hold direct or authorized distribution accounts with every brand we sell, including HP, Brother, Canon, DJI, Apple, Samsung, Sony and more. Every unit is genuine and carries the manufacturer warranty for its region.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums vary by product line and are shown on each quote. Many lines can be ordered by the case; mixed orders are welcome.
Do products include the manufacturer warranty?
New units carry the standard manufacturer warranty for the region of sale. Open-box and refurbished units carry the coverage stated on the quote. See the Warranty page.
Can you provide serial numbers before shipping?
Yes. Serial number lists are provided with every invoice and can be sent before dispatch on request.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. We ship to the US with customs paperwork prepared. See Cross-border & export for duties and Incoterms.
